SOLUTIONEERS´ LEGAL s.r.o. is a law firm providing a full range of legal services in the Slovak Republic and holding the performance of its lawyers to their highest professional and ethical standards. We offer a complex legal advice to clients of all sizes in the English, German, and Slovak languages.

Our strength is in the unification of traditional legal counselling with a flexible individual approach – we attempt to identify the most demanding legal and business needs of our clients to find the most efficient practical and high-quality solutions. We bring a high degree of creativity and handle each matter individually. We endeavour to build long-term and humanly valuable relationships with our clients. Moreover, we strive to complete our clients´ matters in a timely and cost effective fashion. Our primary goal is to focus on the interests of people we are working for more than on disclaimers and general conclusions.

Areas of law practiced by our attorneys include corporate and business, commercial contracts, finance, employment, intellectual property, real estate (property) transactions, litigation and international law.

We represent mostly international investors to which we endeavour to offer beside the complex legal support a wide range of additional services either on our own or through a close co-operation with our external partners, including real estate agents and tax advisors.

Based on such an approach our clients gain the opportunity to arrange their projects with a single contact person, thus to eliminate the potential issues and costs related to the co-ordination of several contributors. We are ready to assist in searching for suitable co-operation partners and in developing business contacts (networking).

Having gained the relevant experience our goal is to focus on the support and advice of foreign investors with the aim to help them to gain their reliance in the advantages of investments in the local Slovak market (flat tax, flexible employment environment, etc.)

We have been established as a law firm comprising of trained professionals with vast experience in both local and international law societies. Therefore, we connect the experience in international standards of legal counselling with an excellent knowledge of the local business environment.
